Let me paint the picture: 1. The location address was this huge plaza building in downtown Raleigh, NC. with no suite number listed or anything. This felt odd to me but whatever I pressed through. 2. I parked in a nearby parking garage and received a call from an iCert Global rep telling me the class was cancelled due to a family emergency of the instructor. This call comes in FIVE MINUTES before the class is supposed to start. Furthermore, why is a rep from iCert calling me when I booked the training with MSys through eventbrite. I would find out later that MSys contracts some (maybe all) of their PMP training to iCert because they had horrible instructors in the past.... read full review
