Company did great developing a high standard of who they want you to believe they are. After developing our site they left code on many portions of our pages. Literally some of the worst communication i've ever dealt with, weeks and months without affective resolve or communication on key things pertaining to the site. AI was used to write the text body of the site allowing for really strange content that was posted to our page. After telling them to fix these issues multiple times conveniently enough our card expired on file, after they stopped being paid they posted a Rick Role video in place of our business page. I have been working with Monogram consistently for almost a year on a very complex project. From conception to inception they have exceeded all expectations. DJ, TJ, and Claudio are all extremely easy to work with and not only implemented our concepts in an appealing user experience, but advised us on all aspects along the way. The feedback we receive from all of our users has been extremely positive, often focusing on the aesthetics of the website and the ease of use. These guys started out as a vendor, but today they're great friends. That says it all. The level of professionalism, knowledge and skill they bring to the table is impressive, but couple it with their sense of humor, character, reliability and trust and you've got an unparalleled combination that makes for an incredible collaborative experience. We got the work done, but more importantly we had fun doing it.
