I spoke to many different ac companies before settling on this company. I'm a technical person. I want details and facts. That's what Ken provided right off the bat. There was no hard sales, no trying to push a new AC unit, only solid explanations of what was wrong, how it worked, why it failed, what options there were, and relevant info on changes coming in the near future. Armed with all that information I was able to make an informed decision that gives the highest chance for long term good results while not spending a fortune on a new hvac system.
