Alpharetta location has been so great! The manager Yasmine was knowledgeable and helpful in getting me scheduled even though they were booked. The nurse who does my services is so nice and caring, always letting me know her next steps. Also, as a woman with PCOS, I was reluctant to try laser but Milan really deliver results, their machine is the best one! I’m hairy like a bear and in one session I already saw spots with less hair and slower hair growth. I also suffer from hirsutism on the chin and I truly feel more comfortable with it compared to electrolysis. Kara, Julia and Yasmine have been super friendly. This clinic has gone through some changes but this staff is making everything better! If you are considering Milan, come to the Alpharetta location!
I have been receiving hair removal on 4 areas from 2022-2026, one including the Brazilian area. I find the laser removal 80% effective for me with my dark hair (easy to target with laser vs light hair). I noticed my hair grows more in other places that aren't set to be treated, like a new problem areas.
It is a bit painful, the higher the level you go in treatment.
The team members are always so sweet & polite, with high turnover, so a new nice face each time.
The facility is clean & provides razors, aloe vera, deodorant & alcohol to clean any lotion off skin.
