I know theres like mixed reviews, but Ive been coming here for almost 2 months now and I love. Ive found the facilities to always be really clean, the staff is really friendly and want to make sure you know all that you get with your membership, and Haaris is one of the best PTs here. Nonjudgemental and really listens in on your needs, goals, and where you're at in your sessions to adjust as needed. I've been the most consistent here with my workout routine than anywhere else I've been (Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, Crunch, etc. - no disrespect to these gyms) cause of how much I genuinely enjoy coming here.

Visiting from out of town. Stopped by the Cafe after my workout. They were closed, but Alston showed great customer service- opened up shop and made me a protein drink. Thanks again Alston!
