While i love my doctor and the sign in process is online and check in is usually prompt, getting results and asking questions after the fact is extremely inconvenient since Laureate took away ability to message with your doctor or her staff through the portal with questions or to inquire about test results. You now have to call a nurse. However if you call between 12-1 they ask you to call back for routine issues and they don't have an option to leave a message for your doctor or staff. I have Laureate for primary care and rheumatologist. Dr. Thakkar (rheumatologist) is great, have been seeing her for over four years. She's a good problem solver and very knowledgeable. She's help improve my quality of life. On the primary side there has been some doctor turnover for me but fortunately good experience with each.
One thing to be aware of is they are changing patient portal policy regarding doctor direct access. You now have to call in for a doctor's attention. A little less convenient but I can deal with it if it helps Docs help others more.

I have been a patient for many years, and Dr. Valdecanas and her staff are so nice and attentive. Whenever I use the online portal, get a reply within 24 hours. I am very fortunate to have a doctor I am comfortable with and one that I can trust.
