We have worked with John for over 10 years. He has done major renovations on 3 high end properties for us and made our homes amazingly beautiful. From major additions, to replacing synthetic stucco with siding on 2 homes, vaulting rooms, removing load bearing walls and creating open layouts, new bathrooms, stone fireplaces, vaulted porch additions, a gorgeous bar room with French doors cut through brick to a new flagstone patio, a wine room, new kitchen, family, & laundry room, stunning stonework, tile, & millwork, the list is extensive. John Temmel construction is amazing. Very talented builder. Added onto our home built in the 70’s and the addition looks like it was there all along. He always responds to questions and stayed on top of our project the whole way from beginning to end.
Great experience having my custom home built by John. I have been in the home for over 10 months now and everything with the home build has been as it should be. John was always up front with the whole process from the beginning to the end. His build time was on time and and the cost was within budget. (which I was shocked when it was). In all if I had to build another home I would have John build it.
