Hair appointment on 9/27/26 with Shakiima. Shakiima gave a good shampoo. When she blow dried my hair with the hand blow dryer she was very gentle. My appointment was for shampoo and flat iron or silk press. My hair is very smooth, bouncy, soft and shiny. I'll be booking another appointment with Shakiima soon.
The hair salon at JCPenny is a great place to get children's hair cut. The price for a kid cut is reasonable and the stylists who work there are pleasant and professional. Both Ali and Betsy have cut my daughter's hair, and I can recommend both of them.
I am surprised at the rating of this location because I've seen the same hair stylists there for 5 years now and have been extremely satisfied with So strengthening my hair with Olaplex treatments in between my 5 shades blend colors w/ highlight. My hair has grown & thickened during that time under her care. I recommend friends all the time so do not hesitate to make an appointment. They are attentive & patient to make sure you're happy with your result!
