The driver for this company is very courteous. He let me pull out of a supermarket on 3-8-26 around 2:20. I would have been stuck there for a while. If I need party rentals in the future I will use them and report back on their services but as of right now 5 stars for the kind and patient drivers.

I had booked a tent, tables and chairs rental for a graduation party, from another vendor. Two days before the scheduled drop off, the vendor cancelled due to an overbooking mistake.
After calling multiple companies with no luck (since this was graduation season), I finally found a company that was available, but it was almost triple the cost. I decided to try a couple more places before committing.

I have used It's my party rentals on 3 different occasions. And I have always had a very positive experience with them. The back office people are very courteous and politely answers all the questions (even if you ask them multiple times), the delivery and setup team is always on time, keeps us posted on the progress and does a very clean and quick work. I would always use their service and recommend them for any parties/gatherings.
