I recently tried the whole body cryotherapy and had a great experience overall! Everyone working there was extremely nice and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend!
I have been coming here for over 3 years now and absolutely LOVE the staff and all that Icebox has to offer!!!! It is really a treat to come here and I highly recommend it to anyone!!! Whether you are injured or just want some TLC…this is a great place!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Update: after 2 months using Icebox for recovery during intense half marathon training I just finished my fasted race time ever at 48 and placing 2nd place for my age group 44-49. At 48 and after running for 15 years, the help of using cryo as part of my training showed tremendous results that certainly helped me succeed. This is a must for pushing your body to its limits and giving yourself the best possible outcomes with health and performance.
