Honestly, the haircut for my kid was good. Better than expected for a budget place such as Great Clips. But what was weird was that at the time of payment, the lady placed a handwritten sheet of paper before me that said that a $5 tip was mandatory. I paid the tip and would have no problem otherwise, after all 20% is pretty standard and expected for services where minimum wages do not apply such as restaurants. I understand that some customers may not tip, but then hike up the price or make it clear that there is a mandatory gratuity before the service. Not sneak up a handwritten note at the end. It made it look dodgy, cheap, and insulting.

Ask for Monica. Its been 8 years, being I am from NJ, that I finally got the haircut I used to get regularly from my barber in NJ. Insert Monica. She is Great and its much less than what Alpharetta barber shops get which is criminal in my opinion. Haircuts for $50 without doing eyes, ears and nose hairs no hot towel. Monica at Great Clips did my eyebrows, my nose and ears all for one low price. So I tipped her well. I just hope she stays here she is that good.

I'm changing my rating from 5 to 2. I visited this Saturday & had a horrible experience. How ignorant someone has to be to pull out profile of Hans Bendeck & apply the style to Hassan Arafat. This is what Robina did. She ruined my hairs. I spent my time & money and got nothing.
My Old Review below: The staff is great. It’s a pleasure to go to this center for hair cutting. My entire family goes her. Feriyana makes you very comfortable during the haircut. She is great.
