Used this place for the first time since moving to the area and absolutely loved it. Kim is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She not only explains how they care for garments, but also offers great advice for cleaning other fabrics at home.
I brought in a long coat and a new dress that I was nervous to dry clean after a bad experience somewhere else. Kim reassured me with her multiple years of experience, and she was absolutely right. Both items came back looking amazing, and she even gave me guidance on how often to dry clean based on the fabric. Truly excellent customer service. I just tried First Class Cleaning for the first time after using another dry cleaner for many years. The staff and owners at First Class were incredibly welcoming, kind, and lovely. Their level of communication is also top notch. Thank you, First Class Cleaning for exceeding my expectations!
