We've had our Dog Watch fence for over a year now. I have a Jack Russell/Poodle mix, a Jackapoo and he loves to run and chase small birds and squirrels and you name it. He goes after it. However, he has only gone through the fence one time! That was when we first got it, it was on the third or fourth day. He was chasing a bird, and that's all it took. Was that one time, and he has never done it again. I'm not joking.He has never crossed the fence again.I don't have to worry about him. Noah was able to come by a few hours after we called to report our transmitter was not working, probably due to a lightning strike. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced transmitter with same settings, successfully tested the dog collar, and explained how to handle any future installed wire issues. Very glad to have DogWatch.
