Good tile selection and helpful staff. The staff offered to let me take samples for a few weeks to make certain it matched my quartz and granite. They also ordered a sample for me from a photo I saw online.

total rip off my immoral liars. We took preliminary builders measurements and signed non binding order in late 2021 for around $3000 in tile. Didn't pay a cent. Saleswoman explicitly said no guaranty that the tile inventory would be there when we needed it - but we took that risk as it was "in inventory". 2 months later we execute contract with builder - and he arranges everything with Zumpano, picks up tile, and pays for it. It was literally hundreds of pounds of tile and we didn't have a truck - so we paid an upcharge to our builder for handling. We didn't even see the invoice. We did nothing. When project was done a couple weeks later we had nearly $1000 in unused tile in unopened boxes to return. Saleswoman explicitly said it was OK to return - which I did personally via multiple trips with SUV . Warehouseman gladly accepted it. We had no idea our builder had made measurement mistake. Then this jackass John at Zumpano said NO refund. We were sht out of luck - said we made order in December. and returns must be within 14 days (we were about a month after pickup). Avoid this ahole John and Zumpano at all cost. Total jerks. Liatrs. Meanwhile we lost over $1000 and they kept 15 boxes of unopened tile that they could then sell. Said I could come get it. Just what I need. 15 boxes of tile.
