I have always been scared to go to the dentist. Until I had a dental emergency in 2024 and I’m still a current patient at their office. Which says a lot, how informative and sweet they all are. I felt so welcomed by Shyni (front desk) her sweet demeanor made me feel like home. I knew I was in safe hands from the start. Chirrie (dental hygienist) has done a deep cleaning on me and teeth cleanings in between ; also assured me that they will take good care of me.Her upbeat personality and knowledgeable information on taking care of my teeth - she has been awesome! I called last Friday and Shiny answered. She has amazing customer service and helped walk me through things as far as the process goes. She was the main reason why chose ConfiDENT! Looking forward to my next visit! Mr. Humam, Ms. Beverley, and Ms. Darianna all did an excellent job on my teeth. All were super friendly and made the process extremely smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our family had a dental emergency when our daughter fell and broke two teeth on a Friday afternoon. No offices were open or were about to close. We were worried she wasn’t going to get prompt care and would have to wait until Monday to address her injury. We called ConfiDENT and were beyond happy and relieved that Dr Cesar and his team (Shyni - front desk, Orysya and April - dental assistants) were willing to stay after hours to treat our daughter. They made us all feel welcomed and at ease. Shyni even gave my daughter a personal present to make her feel better which was so sweet. Thank you very much to the confiDENT team!!
