Matt was very professional but also personable and easy to communicate with. He answered All of my questions and was flexible about various factors. Plus his inspection was free and almost every other company I am calling is charging for the inspection.
Showed up when promised. Very friendly and professional. Provided detail photos of old chimney cap and cause of leak. Plus, photos of new cap showing how it is now better reinforced. Definitely pleased with the Shawn and Corey.
I was sent a text informing me that Matt was in route. It included a photo of him. He performed his job professionally and was well knowledged in his task. He removed his shoes prior to entering home and took all necessary precautions to ensure any dust was captured. He provided me with pictures of before and after and made several recommendations as to what our fireplaces needed. We accepted his solutions and look forward to the next crew to come out and implement those task. Highly recommended calling them.
