I absolutely love my newly installed gas logs. They are attractive and highly functional. The installation crew, Zach & Zach, were kind, professional and competent, taking the time to explain everything to me in detail so that I would be comfortable managing the logs safely.
I highly recommend Chimney Solutions and this crew. Thanks, too, goes to production manager, Mr. Charles Garrett, who helped me set the process in motion pre-install by cleaning the chimney and fireplace, and ordering the correct logs for the space. Five stars!

Fantastic job! The entire process was smooth as can be. From calling and booking to the notifications that our tech was on his way was great. Andrew arrived and was very knowledgeable and passionate about fireplaces. He did a great job explaining the inspection process and setting expectations. Andrew was thorough and let us know our fireplace was in great shape. Overall fast efficient and great to work with!
Tyler Yelvington it was a very professional kind and friendly. Extremely clean, neat and professional while doing his work did not leave any mess. Was patience making sure we understood how to work the unit properly. He was from the fayetteville office and I would recommend this company to any and everyone!!!
