You wanna know how to get a lifetime customer? Have Steve help every customer (sorry Steve, you brought it on yourself :)). He and the several other team members at the Alpharetta location were absolute heroes. He not only saw some of the windows I had purchased prior were not loaded in my trailer properly, he reloaded them in my truck bed. Then he helped me recover from a self-induced purchasing error and was genuinely helpful the whole time. Six out of five stars for sure.

Jessy was patient and gave us great advice on choosing the right front and back doors. We are so pleased beyond belief; we could not have done without his expertise. Then we moved on with the kitchen project, for which Dwane was the designer.
