Wayne came out for an inspection and was the nicest guy ever. He gave me his honest opinion and didn’t try to sell me anything he didn’t think I needed. He also gave me a reference to call for a soil test. I highly recommend this ethical business to anyone.

We called for a foundation inspection because We had some separation between our master bath window and our wall. i sent some pictures over to Michelle, and she made an appointment for Wayne to come out to Athens and inspect the house.i was skeptical that We were going to get an honest assessment because of some posts i had read on Reddit about free foundation inspections. Wayne, however, presented himself very professionally and after his assessment said that there were no problems. He didn't try and sell me on anything!
