A technician came to diagnose and repair/clean the dryer. The dryer is heating but not drying. I knew that before he came and I mentioned that before scheduling the service call. The technician was supposed to also do the repair/clean, but he just told me that the dryer needs cleaning, collected his diagnostic fee and left. Do not engage with this company. They are useless.

Feels like a scam. Showed up quickly but in a beat up toyota and not in any uniform. Quotes me the very same issue that I told them it already was on the phone, then he wants to write down my cc number in a notebook?!? No thanks!

We had an awful experience with this company and would never use them again. We called for washer repair on a Friday. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and said we needed a new hose. He went to Home Depot, realized the hose didn’t fit, and told us he’d get the correct part from an appliance dealer. He said he took a picture of the model and would be back Monday morning.
