Giving two stars for three reasons: I was contacted via sm about an opportunity and decided it wouldn’t hurt to listen. She should’ve saved both of our time and mentioned it was a contract before emailing 3x and setting up a call.After I told her I wasn’t interested, she proceeded to find my current WORK email which I NEVER GAVE HER and “follow up” with a consent form and more details about the job I just told her I didn’t want.No one answered any extension in their office when I called to express my concern about her lack of professionalism or decorum, and most of the time they would ‘dead-end’ the call.

A recruiter from ARG reached out to me for an interview as an engineer. I passed the first interview, scheduled a final and when I logged on to the interview the manager didn't even show up. I just chatted with the HR lady for an hour. A week later I followed up with my recruiter to see what was going on and got nothing. I got ghosted and my recruiter didn't say anything. I don't know what's going on these days with recruiters but leaving your candidates in the dark is unprofessional. Just let them know what's going on.
