We’ve used All Pets throughout the years for all of our emergencies- we saw Dr. Tracy Waters today- she was knowledgeable, blunt and didn’t beat around the bush giving my pup instant relief. Extremely impressed and grateful!
We have used All Pets several times for various reasons, and have always had positive experiences. The staff are all knowledgeable and compassionate. Two of our visits have been emergencies that ended up in our pets passing away, but they brought them back immediately and did everything they could to try to save them. They gave us time with our pets after they passed, saved locks of their hair, and truly cared about the pain we were experiencing of losing our pets. We are tremendously grateful for all of the skill and compassion from the All Pets team.
I have to give a sincere thank you to Dr. Newton and the entire team at All Pets. We recently brought our sweet pup in on an emergency basis and they were incredibly honest, knowledgeable, upfront, and compassionate. Although we ended up losing our girl due to a disease that had progressed too far, we know that Dr. Newton, Dr. Blankenship, and her entire care team tried everything possible. We would come here again if needed and I would recommend All Pets based on our experience.
