1-Tom-Plumber is a full-service plumbing and drain cleaning company. Service was quick and friendly. They arrived when they said they would and were upfront about what would be done and the cost. They worked with a very crazy schedule. The plumber was very knowledgeable and a true professional. He accessed the situation, gave several solutions, and fixed the issue promptly at an affordable price. For an overflowing toilet, they walked a customer through turning the water off before the plumber arrived. The plumber got there within an hour, unclogged the toilet, and had a mitigation team on standby. The entire process was a breeze. Another plumber arrived right on time, completed two jobs fast and promptly, and was awesome.
Randy was amazing! My water bill was higher than usual so I thought there might be a leak somewhere. He came out to assess and the fee was super reasonable. I'd highly recommend him and 1 Tom Plumber to anyone!
Our toilet kept running and they had some one out that next morning. They could have had someone out same day but it was not a rush situation. Worked with our very crazy schedule. Plumber that came out was very knowledgeable.
