From the onset of property water damage both Ashley and Kristshowed up immediately! They arrived within an hour(unbelievable) and jumped into the cleanup! I felt comfortable with them in my home and left them to complete their task! As they worked they explained everything they did and stayed later that nite until finished! There were fans both up & downstairs and advised I leave them on 24/7. They came to do moisture checks two consecutive days and I was always happy to see them! These two ladies are a superb representation of this company and they made my stress level manageable!! I highly recommend 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of North Fulton. Dealing with water issues is incredibly stressful, but Kristen and the team made the entire process seamless and manageable.
From start to finish, the communication was top-tier. Kristen was fantastic - extremely professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. She explained to me the entire process and answered all the questions I had, which really put my mind at ease.
