I took my 4 year old daughter there it was first time there the ladies at the first desk was very friendly explained everything that I needed to fill out that black female nurse I didn't get her name but she very friendly to my daughter and me and she did a wonderful job on cleaning my daughter teeth keep up the good work we will be coming back.
I wanna say one thing I brought my 3 year old daughter here today and after reading a lot of the reviews I was honestly terrified but I will tell u one thing they were so gentle with her they were sweet to me and her I have no complaints only one id say is waiting 45 min after my appt time to get in! But they are a busy place and they really take the time to sit with u and go over everything u guys are rockstars and I will now be bringing my 4 other kids to u as well :) the nurse today I didn’t catch her name u we’re amazing girl u we’re attentive and sweet and understanding u should be very proud of yourself! Customer service and wait time is RIDICULOUS!!!! Waited three hours for them to call my daughter back for a fill in…. We’re already gone when they called my phone. Today (7/15/2024) it’s the same thing!! The girl with the ugly braids up front rude as hell!
