I was kinda disappointed after all the hype about Ulta. I walked in make up free. And I said I really need help. I want a good foundation eye liner and mascara. Well my mascara runs with the least little moisture. The foundation is ok. I can live with it and I do love the eyeliner. I told the girl that I didn't wear eyeshadow honestly because I don't know how to put it on. All she did was smirk. In the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to spend and I said I'm on night shift at work and honestly don't go too many places so not a whole lot. I guess that was my mistake. Extraordinarily helpful staff. ULTA did not have what we wanted but the ladies working that evening gave us several suggestions on where we might go to get the specific item we were needing. Fine personnel!!!!! Thank you!!

Lily is the reason I gave Albany Ga Ulta 5 stars. Out of 3/4 of the store, she was the only employee who spoke to me and then tried to help me. The others didn't smile or try to help. Great job Lily!!
