Today marks one year since my daughter had ACL surgery and our journey with Total Performance Physical Therapy began. My daughter tore her ACL and meniscus last summer. The injury was devastating. She went from playing three sports year round to not being able to lift her leg off the ground. The physical therapists at Total Performance guided us through the entire recovery process. My daughter is a swimmer and they combined traditional physical therapy and aqua therapy. She was back in the pool within 6 weeks of surgery and swimming competitively within 5 months. I definitely would recommend this group for any type of injury to get the recovery tools you need. Professional staff and very knowledgeable. Patient with you and works with you individually.
