We love the Veranda for our two kiddos! The only portal is super helpful in being able to get in touch with the nurses/doctors and letting them know/see the problem before hand. Dr. Carlson and Dr. Tatum are very nice. We feel seen and heard and that gives peace of mind.

I had to reschedule an appointment and did so with Leah Webb, she is wonderful to have someone listen and talk through things that I have going on but then have answers/resolutions this appointment was THE BEST appointment I have ever had with a medical professional. Leah thank you I am beyond words and gratitude for your input into my life.

Update: Nicole the billing manager did contact me and corrected the claim. I do appreciate the speed in handling the claim and she said she would tag it to make sure the coding for my wellness was used correctly for future visits.Let me first say I love my doctor, Dr. Graf. For over 10 years, I have been following her everywhere that she’s gone to and unfortunately she has ended up with the Veranda. I give her 5 stars. The veranda, I give no stars. This is my third year with them and every year they call for me to do my annual exam. I have two insurances and both provide annual exams at no cost to me. I go and do my exam and Dr Graf refills my continuous birth control...read full review
