I went to Naomi for 3 years. Her cousin is my neighbor, we had a disagreement, and now Naomi no longer wants me as a client. This is business, but she had to make it personal. We've always had a great relationship, b4 this.I asked her about another hairdresser, and she said they charge more; insinuating I couldn't afford it. In effect, she has taken it upon herself to ban me from the salon, bc of a non-related issue with her cousin, my neighbor. She is so petty AND unprofessional. So unprofessional, that she had her very young daughter rinse the color from my hair so they could hurry up and leave. I didn’t have a great experience with Julie Mills at Studio 413. Initially, we communicated via text (my sending photos) of a darker root with a caramel balayage effect for a fall look. I scheduled an appt at the end of SEP 2021 and was told that we would dye my hair a dark brown color and let it naturally lighten/fade since my hair was already bleached - process that should take 2-3 weeks, and be very close to what I wanted. I followed back up 16 OCT that my hair had not fad

Great people excellent atmosphere stylists treat everybody same with joy and a bubbling grace excellent work done of all kinds excellent staff I was even welcomed and thanked for patronige by owner Mrs Monica she is a sweetheart and professional always good prices very competitive no waiting usually
