Customers have praised the clinic's holiday-themed accessories and the memorable experiences they create for their pets. The staff's understanding and kindness have been particularly noteworthy, especially during difficult times like the loss of a beloved companion. One customer recounted how the clinic went above and beyond to accommodate their emergency situation, even opening early to provide prompt care for their sick pet. Sadly, another customer shared the heartbreaking story of losing their 13-year-old dog, Amber, to cancer. While the clinic's policy did not allow for a payment plan to bring Amber's remains home, the customer's grief and appreciation for the clinic's compassionate care during this challenging time are evident. Overall, Bush Animal Clinic has earned a reputation for its dedication to the health and well-being of its patients, as well as its empathetic support for pet owners navigating the joys and sorrows of pet ownership.

It's usual to look up reviews for a vet office for your routine pet visits. That's how it started for us when our dogs were just rescued. We've been to Bush Animal Clinic since the beginning. For every vaccine, every grooming session made memorable with holiday-themed accessories, and all of the in-betweens. They even had a REAL turkey for a Thanksgiving backdrop! It wasn't until we had to make the hard decision to let our Shelby go last week that I realized how much Bush Animal Clinic cares about their patients and pet-parents. You are never ready to say goodbye but I hope everyone has someone as caring and compassionate as Dr. Love to face that hardship. Bush Animal Clinic has played a huge role in our fur babies having a long, happy, and healthy life.

During Hurricane Ian, I fled Florida seeking a safe location to weather the storm. I was traveling with my Yorkie Rescue Shelby. She had been with me since she was 6 years old and I had her for 9 years. It took me a year to get Shelby to trust me. I promised Shelby she would never go to another home. She would be with me for her lifetime. Shelby got sick and I had to find a vet to see her as I was traveling and most vets will not see an animal that is not local and one of their patients. It was an emergency and I needed a vet for my girl. The local manger at Pet smart recommended Bush Animal Clinic. They opened at 7:30 in the morning and I was waiting at their door for them to open. I went inside and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk. She went to the back to talk to Dr. Love and she said bring her in. During a time that was a very traumatic time for me, Bush Animal Clinic took the time to help us. The staff and the doctor were so understanding and kind. I could not have asked for better service and kindness that I was shown by Bush Animal Clinic. Shelby was very sick and her kidneys were shutting down. Shelby passed away that day and it was heartbreaking. Dr. Love and the staff were so compassionate and kind during this time for me and Shelby. I am forever grateful for your kindness, compassion, and all out caring for us. I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone needing a veterinarian. Thank you so very much for everything you did for me and as I stated before your kindness was more than I could have imagined. Thank you for caring for us.
