She was very professional. I have been to her 3 times and so far I plan on being consistent with going to her. She is fast and efficient and was very calming my first time when I was acting like a baby. She makes conversation and has some sort of entertainment to keep your mind off the wax. I definitely have recommend to her a few and have no regrets with getting a wax by her.

Ashley was amazing my mom and I went in for the BFF and I Brazilian wax, and she made us feel sooooo comfortable... we laughed and it was an overall great 1st experience... and we will continue to be Snatched by Ash

I went to Snatched to get my first set of professional lashes. I caught a great deal for Valentine's Day, so that was a plus! Booking was easy and I received text confirmation for my appointment. I also got a reminder text for my appointment with the option and details on how to make any updates or adjustments. I got to the salon right on time and was greeted warmly. I got a full explanation on what was happening at each step and the care and maintenance for the lashes when everything was over. The salon was in nice shape and is practicing social distancing and requiring everyone to wear a mask. I'll definitely be going back for additional services!
