Carter and Dylan came out and replaced our unit, they were quick to fix any problems that popped up. They explained everything perfectly and were super respectful. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be asking for them should we need anything fixed in the future!
Had water leak, Tuesday city shut off water. This was Wed afternoon. Called several plumbing companies, all booked up. We have no water!. My wife is 2 weeks out from major surgery. Called SafeAire, we are book, but let me see what I can do. We can have a tech after he finishes his current job. Great! Chad called, I am on the way. He was great! Went under the house (not easy) ascertain the problem. Explained solution and started, took pictures,and video. Great sevice to show exactly what was being done. Excellent company with excellent people!
The techs Ethan, Tyler and Carter were very polite , knowledgeable and efficient removing the old and installing our new h/c system including the air handler unit in the attic, new outlet in one bedroom and a new thermostat. They worked nonstop for 6+ hours often outside in a light rain. They thoroughly cleaned up all areas. We are very pleased with our new system and the service provided by Ethan, Tyler and Carter.
