All the staff were very professional..from my first call to inquire to my third call to schedule.. They were patient with all my questions.. Mark and Chris came out to my home, identified the issue and corrected it in a timely manner. They took time to listen to me as well as explain the issue in an understandable way. Both of my kitchen sinks had been clogged for two weeks…. And Draino didn’t help at all. Fortunately, my nephew referred me to Mark at Professional Plumbing. Mark showed up promptly, and had them unplugged within thirty minutes. Apparently I had something solid in my drain pipe, that was way down pretty far, but Mark had it fixed in no time! He was very professional, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Professional Plumbing came out and fixed a pipe that caused a lot of damage in my home. I am sort of a busy body but they got the job done despite my questions and calls. Everything was corrected and done in a pretty timely manner. I appreciate the work that was done.
