Total Performance Physical Therapy
“Today marks one year since my daughter had ACL surgery and our journey with Total Performance Physical Therapy began. My daughter tore her ACL and meniscus last summer. The injury was devastating. She went from playing three sports year round to not being able to lift her leg off the ground. The physical therapists at Total Performance guided us through the entire recovery process. My daughter is a swimmer and they combined traditional physical therapy and aqua therapy. She was back in the pool within 6 weeks of surgery and swimming competitively within 5 months. The ground recovery took longer, but she was back on the lacrosse field 10 months after surgery. I never thought I would I would say this, but my daughter came out of this injury stronger than she was before and could not have done it without her physical therapists (Jake and Sierra). I highly recommend Total Performance Physical Therapy to any athlete that has sustained an injury. We will forever be grateful to them.”
