My Overhead garage door (residential, 2-car garage) has been trouble free since installation at the end of 2018. Yesterday, the door wouldn't go up, so I called the number on the sticker on the inside of the door. The person at customer support scheduled an approximate time the following day with service personnel. She checked in to confirm the following morning and the serviceman called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way. Just so happens the same man who installed the door arrived to service the door today. He identified the problem right away and had the door fixed very quickly. He was pleasant, kind and trustworthy.
