Once everything got verifies and in place the process was pretty smooth and quick. I felt like I got the run around a few times but I was informed that they are short-staffed and working in retail, I completely understand and appreciated just being told that. There is someone that answers the phone and cuts me off every single time I call! She wont even let you finish telling her why you're calling and THAT is very frustrating! Overall they are nice and explain the process throughly.
Great service & the whole staff there is nice..... Mrs. Candy Kirby really takes alot of time with the customers to help them with whatever problems they're having........Good staff!!
