In your review, you stated “I had brought my own polish for my toes, forgot it at the shop and when I returned to get it about 15 min later, the nail tech had put it on the shelf as if it were their color, stating they had planned to just keep it.”
Please refresh your recollection by reviewing this video I have posted. In the video footage of the salon, you can see that you came back and told the employee “hi, I left my polish color..” The employee asked "nail polish?", and you replied "yeah."
