I've been dealing with microf for a couple years, they've been good, helpful, to a min. Point. I am sick, I have a rare form of life threatening, fatal lupus, sometimes with the way the economy is, bills, life, split family, medical bills i have to juggle everything. But I've been very sick since getting home from Ohio in mid may, I've made.my payments best I can with what I have. Most times it takes every last penny we have to pay this 400.00 + processing fee of 1.99. Because of my health the payment slipped. But I was looking at my last months invoice. Needed to discuss hardship arrangements. Spoke with Nicole in Collections. Very knowledgeable, service excellence oriented. Can't say enough good things about my customer experience with her. Please give her a raise!!!

I spoke to a representative and she gave me some information about my account that I wasnt aware of. She was patient with me and she gave some information on how to resolve my problem.
