I had to give microf a call for work for one of my customers after a couple of days of calls with no luck all the agents were very polite i got to a team lead Joel Torres he not only helped me but he made sure to follow up with me with phone calls back to let me know what was going on being in a customer facing business myself i know that that level of care is to be praised…he’s an exemplary employee and you guys should be proud to know he’s delivering to his clients day in and day out!
After months of being “bullied” by other representatives at Microf, I spoke to Nicole today. She was the only one to send me my contract and explain that I didn’t have to pay the $487 that I was told to or Microf would repo my HVAC system. Thank you Nicole for clarifying this, sending my contract and putting my mind at ease.
