My husband's grandfather passed away in 2006 (12 years ago). He was buried by his wife, the grandmother who died years before. We all live out of state but visited the cemetery over 2 years ago. We noticed his date of death was not inscribed (paid for but not done). We contacted Matthews and they made all these promises. A year ago we made a special trip to see what had been done and had a terrible time finding the grave. The marker was completely missing. To date it has not been completed and set on the marble after many calls, excuses and promises. Remember...all that was needed was a date of death!!! Good luck if you choose to use this company.
