I should have listened to the reviews. This was by far one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for a very simple black French tip with regular polish, and somehow that turned into a confusing ordeal. The tech insisted on using gel, even after I repeatedly clarified I wanted regular polish. He actually said, “You think I don’t know?”—yet still used gel. I usually do get gel, but I have another pedi scheduled next week, so I specifically didn’t want it this time.
The end result? I could’ve done a better job myself at home.

The owners are always so welcoming and they always speak when I come in. They take care of me here. I have been coming here for 10+ years for eye brows, and anytime I need my nails done I come here. I will always choose Ledo Nails & Spa 💖

This is the most terrible day ever .. I will never go back to this place. First of all the customer service is ghetto and very unprofessional. Second I asked for my toe nails to be cut down this lady used an nail filer to file them down and I asked for them to be cut down. Lord help me I asked for my ingrown nail on the big toes only to be removed she states she didn't know how to do that and the guy next to her said he would do it... Did not change his gloves or anything .. keep in mind she did not open an new kit up to start my pedicure at all. She did not have all the equipment to do my pedicure at all and plus she talked to the guy beside her more than doing my feet....read full review
