I spoke with one of the mechanics, Justin and he was very knowledgeable and nice. I has gone to Firestone earlier that day and they couldn't figure out what was wrong so they guessed but Justin knew what he was talking about.

They do a thorough job on inspecting your vehicle and letting you know everything that needs to be addressed. They do fantastic work, and don't skimp on anything. Highly recommend!

Traveling from KS to Albany Ga, I had a wheel bearing begin to fail. Henry's alignment was in walking distance, so I met them for an assessment. They evaluated my vehicle in about 30-40 minutes, we agreed on the work repair, the parts were ordered and I brought the vehicle in the next day at 10:00am, and the vehicle was ready by 2:00pm, which was just under their estimate. In short, the service guys were friendly and respectful, the evaluation was thorough, and I feel very comfortable heading back home.
