I have a 10 year old HP lap top that was damaged in a house fire. I took my lap top to Dave's Computer Service to see if it could be repaired. Long story short I am very very pleased with the repair and performance of the repaired lap top. They were always professional and courteous with each interaction I had. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Upon picking up my lap top I was surprised to receive a secondary battery for the unit with no addition to the repair coast.
