Mr. Brent is the epitomy of what good quality customer service by small business owners should be... I called the big company, Terminex, to remve a bee hive for me... They scheduled my appointment and never showed... Mr. Brent showed up on the same day I contacted him, and he removed around 7000 bees within 30 minutes!! He explained what he was doing and he even gave me some knowledge on the nature of bees... Overall good service... And, his son was such a mannerable and respectful young man...
