I have had nothing but positive experiences at Albany Internal Medicine seeing physicians and NPs. The front desk is friendly, the assistants are friendly, and the employees in the lab are great too.
AIM has been my healthcare center for 30 years or more. The doctors that I have seen have been knowledgeable and, mostly, very caring. I have had no problems with the billing or the insurance people and find the front desk people very pleasant. I have had several tests done in the office, and the results were delivered promptly. I plan to stay with AIM until I pass on!
I am very satisfied with my medical treatment and my personal care at AIM. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, always interested in you and your needs and very caring. The whole Staff is great, everyone I have ever have come in contact with has had my best interest at heart. From my Dr., Dr Richards, her N.P. Ashley, and the Nurse Kelly! I always get a call back right away. The other staff are so sweet and kind, from the front office to the Lab and Radiology. I thank God for these people!
