Albany Air is our choice hands down for servicing our HVAC system. The company's professionalism is top-notch! For example, an email is sent prior to the arrival of the service with the tech's name and the approximate time of arrival along with their phone number. Today, Technician Trenton Pugh did an EXCELLENT job in servicing our HVAC system. He was punctual, professional and QUITE knowledgeable. He ascertained that EVERY system met the requirements. He even left and returned to get a part that he needed to complete the job. He even VACUUMED the debris that fell from the attic.
