It's been 5 days, and I've been trying to make myself feel satisfied with my hair. It's not the worse but it wasn't worth the money I paid! On Friday, I was about to walk to my car for my scheduled 9:00a.m. appt when I received a text from my stylist Chan stating she was running late due to an unexpected situation. Therefore, she pushed my appt to 10a.m., BUT SHE DIDN'T GET TO THE SHOP UNTIL ALMOST 11:15 a.m. Then, it took her until around 3:30ish to finish the basic NO DESIGN.....14 braids.... Got my hair shampooed and braided by Star with the assistance of Divine. They did an excellent job. Whenever I get braids elsewhere they are typically too tight but that was not the case here. Great customer service too!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Skilled workers, but overbooked and showed up late for my daughter's appointment. What should have taken 3 or 4 hours took 7+ hours. I will give them another chance, but would expect longer than normal time to be taken care of.
