Very knowledgeable, but overcharges customers. Charged me $570 for a simple tax return. And beware of that audit protection she gives you, because she secretly adds an $100 charge to your bill for it. She is 100% paperless so you won't even know you've been charged until you go home and view the disk she downloads your return onto.
