Alex was amazing. They had the flooring in stock that no one else had. Purchase was easy, needed 19 cartons, Alex had 19, but when shipped found the 19th carton was not a full carton. Refunded the money for the carton. Shipped from GA on Thursday, delivered in Northern Kentucky on Monday. Great work and you all saved me!

Great Experience! I was having trouble finding a specific LVP in my area of SC and True Hardwoods to the rescue! Not only did they find it, and make sure it was completely in-stock right away, but It was also the priced under what I expected it to be and came in just a few days! The communication and ease of doing business also helped! Don't hesitate to chat with them as they get back to you with what you need lightening fast.
