On Tuesday evening, May 26th, our air conditioning system completely went out. I had called a large company within the county and the whole call was an automatic call, which set me up for an appointment for a Friday morning, May 29th. Then I contacted my son, who referred us to Easy Pros.
Wednesday morning the 27th by 8 a.m. we had a tech pro show up and do a walkthrough with our system. At this point, with the system being over 15 years old, there were several issues that we realized it was time for a replacement unit. Came soon the same day and gave estimate and fixed leak and repaired our leakage. Works great now. I requested for invoice he sent one with the same amount of estimate and sent to my email I paid and promptly gave me paid notice. I would recommend Austin again with any issues. ⭐

Updated 5/21/2026- Used again and Jerry was fanastic and truly took care of the problem and wanted to make sure it was completed before any additional storms. Thanks again and will continue to use them for any electrical projects in the future!
